Biography
Nicky Wire (born Nicholas Allen Jones, Blackwood, January 20 1969) is the lyricist, bassist and very occasional vocalist to the Welsh rock band Manic Street Preachers.
On Christmas Day 2005, the Manics' official site posted a solo track by Nicky called I Killed the Zeitgeist, however the song was only available to download for one day.
