History Whoa! She's A Babe

Whoa! She’s A Babe, are a Canadian rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, formed in 2011. The band consists of Ryan Goodwin (lead vocals), Jordan Irwin (guitar), Graham Pence (guitar) and Ryan Steward (drums).

The band started as a group of drinking buddies and highschool friends. They emerged from after-hour bar nights where dozens of musicians and friends would gather after a night out to sing cover songs and otherwise howl at the night. Returning to their rock roots, the members decided to find a louder space. Songs quickly emerged that drew out both nostalgic rock fans and party rockers, and Whoa! She’s A Babe were soon playing back to back pop-up shows all over Vancouver. Their signature began as taking over non-traditional venues, and packing sweaty bodies into dive bars, supper clubs, and stage-less drinking holes.

The name Whoa! She’s A Babe started as a joke. The band started as a laugh; four friends merging their favorite influences into something undeniably rock.
