The Narrative

The Narrative is an indie,rock pop band from Long Island, New York, US formed in 2008. The band currently consists of Suzie Zeldin (vocals/keys) and Jesse Gabriel (vocals/guitar). The band has released one studio albums so far: The Narrative (2010) and 2 EPs: Just Say Yes (2008), B-Sides and Seasides (2012). The band released their new single "Chasing a Feeling" in 2014, and Jesse released a solo record titled Here, Sit, Stay. In 2016, The Narrative released two new songs, "Moving Out" and "Toe the Line". The Narrative is about to release their seconds studio album titled Golden Silence on December 02, 2016.

The band first got together after Suzie Zeldin answered a Craigslist ad put up by Jesse Gabriel in 2006. They soon found out that they were studying in the same school. After the answer of Suzie the two collaborated on music, first forming the short lived project January Window spent the next couple of years (2006–2007) in Suzie's cramped Upper West Side apartment crafting songs for their first EP.
