History Don Rendell Ian Carr Quintet
This British jazz quintet co-led by English saxophonist Don Rendell and Scottish trumpeter Ian Carr performed and recorded from 1963 to 1969. They released five albums. Other members of the Quintet included Michael Garrick and Colin Purbrook (piano), Dave Green & Jeff Clyne (bass), Trevor Tomkins (drums).
