History The Senate

1) An acoustic band from Seattle, Washington, The Senate is made up of Nick Drummond on acoustic guitar and vocals, Oliver Franklin on acoustic guitar and vocals, and Andrew Pulkrabek on upright bass, acoustic bass guitar, and vocals. The band formed in early 2005 and has released one six-song EP: "These Cold Winds". They are currently only doing shows in the Washington area. The band describes their sound as "face-melting acoustic riffage".

2) A five-piece rock/rap/soul band from Holbrook, NY, that also fuses jazz and R & B into their music.

3) The Senate is a rap crew from Harlem, NY. Headed by Taj Mahal, they are affiliated with Dipset, Taliban, Purple City, etc.

4) Collaboration between Kirk Brandon (Theatre of Hate) (Spear of Destiny) and Rusty Egan, drummer, producer, they released a remix of Theatre of Hate's 'Original Sin' in 1984.

5) Australian Star Wars themed extreme metal act. The Senate is Rheese Peters & Raymond Martin.
