MusicHeartsFM is a platform designed for searching and organizing musical content. The Service provides a user interface to access metadata and media content via third-party APIs.

  • We do not host, store, or upload any audio or video files on our servers.

  • All video and audio content is streamed directly from the servers of third-party providers (e.g., YouTube).

3. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • YouTube: Content is provided via YouTube API Services. By using MusicHeartsFM, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (ToS). We are not responsible for the availability, legality, or content of such third-party material.

  • MusicBrainz: Musical metadata (artist names, album titles, etc.) is provided by the MusicBrainz database.

  • Copyrights: All rights to music, videos, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Service is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features, authentication via Google or Facebook Login is required.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using any automated systems (scrapers, bots, spiders) to collect data from the Service.

7. Ticket Purchases and Third-Party Transactions

MusicHeartsFM provides event and concert information using official APIs (including Ticketmaster Discovery API and others). We act strictly as an information intermediary and affiliate. All transactions, ticket purchases, delivery, and refunds are processed on the websites of third-party ticket operators and partners. MusicHeartsFM does not process payments and is not liable for event cancellations or any disputes arising from ticket purchases. All claims must be directed to the final ticket seller.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aleksei Melikhov (Autónomo) or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Revisions and Errata

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to MusicHeartsFM shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Alicante for the resolution of any disputes.
