DJ Manta

DJ Manta is the production alias for the trance music duo Gaston Steenkist and Rene ter Horst. The pair first released music under this name in 1999 with the track "Holding On," issued by Alien Recordings. This debut single achieved significant traction, leading to over eight re-releases.

Under the DJ Manta moniker, Steenkist and ter Horst also released "Music Will Bring Us Together" in 2001. While DJ Manta represents a notable chapter in their discography, the duo is primarily recognized for their work as Riva. Collectively, Steenkist and ter Horst have operated under more than ten different aliases throughout their careers.
