PinkPantheress, born Victoria Beverley Walker on April 19, 2001, is a British singer, songwriter, and record producer who rose to prominence by blending nostalgic electronic subgenres with modern pop sensibilities. Originally from Bath and raised in Kent, she began her musical journey in 2021 while attending university in London. Using GarageBand to produce her early tracks, she gained a massive following on TikTok and SoundCloud, where her short, catchy songs resonated with a new generation of listeners.

Her career accelerated rapidly in 2021 when tracks like "Break It Off" went viral, leading to a dual signing with Parlophone and Elektra Records. Later that year, she released her debut mixtape, To Hell with It, which showcased her signature style of layering diaristic lyrics over high-tempo breakbeats. The project included the hit singles "Pain" and "Just for Me," both of which reached the top 40 of the UK Singles Chart.
